自製韓燒

朋友結婚後三個月生活穩定家務做多了。樣子蠻幸福的!
昨晚邀請我倆去他們家慶祝生日。一班人開開心心地將肉塊放去烤,
看見牛油慢慢地溶開,香味在空氣中漫燃,這種感覺係外面食不到的!

We try to go out eat less these day and make stuff ourself.

Tomorrow, Daniel is gonna make another type of Lasagna. i think i have to go more often  to ymca.

愛上熱飲

et oui, je prefere slurping mon hot drink avec une baille. C’est plus excitante de boire une brevage chaude avec une baille, the thrill of burning yourself when you sip too quick, so you know better where the taste is located in your tongue.

coup donc, come to think of it, j’ai beaucoup  de bizarre d’habitude en ce qui concerne de EATING HABIT
ah oui, jaime dipping les frites de mc do dans la glace. et je prefere boire du HOTTE original bubble tea tres chaud tres chaudement.

recemment, j’suis tombee amour avec des soups salee.
et oui, jai prefere les soupe que ma mere prepare, sont parfaitement fait a mon gout.

alors que vendredi, jsuis allee presente un petit talk par rapport avec la marketing de bouffe.
Rien ne rester dans ma tete sauf comment il nous a dit experiment in life and do research on things that you like to, 
don’t afraid to be wrong, he suggests strongly to be wrong many times in our life, which i find that part inspiring.
He significantly put it: sometimes even when  you right, you are wrong.  haha

alas, life is about experiment and finding something that you like to do. 
I believe i find the right field!

 

oh and also he mentioned that not to specialized in one thing but try to learn many things in life. 
it’s reminiscent of what i read from many self help book and financial book. They always insist to acquire information in every domain, because information is more valuable than money.

in retrospect of my life, i guess i made the good choice of always wanting to learn japanese. and i feel grateful that i have been coming so far even though there were many discouraged words said by friends and even family. I am proud that i know how to speak 5 languages. I have always followed my faith and i believe i will accomplish my goals.

last point, the guy mentions that the most important things in life it’s to have vision. This idea somehow connects to my boyfriend. Sometime, he is so confident that makes him attractive… something like the rich girl in love suffle says it, it’s something that shine within himself. hahaha. 

btw, the title of the talk was “Successful food Innovations: Musing from a Pioneer.” by Howard R.Moskowitz. 

basically the first part is about how he used data mining to get what consumer wants. something that i did research on. His main point focus on how to know consumer mind even before they can describe themselve. Sothe  3/4 of the speech was about how he conduct the experiment, which i always felt asleep. The ending part was more interesting, he talks about how he finds the pattern of consumer, etc etc. Well he conducted this test the new line of Pepsi and a Chip i forgot the name. Some innovative product to capture us, the consumer.

i love 日本料理.i’m not a fan of sushi but like other stuff rice, ramen, soba…friday, went to sakura have lunch.i had oyakudon, the portion wasn’t enough. i love their hand made porcelain sauce saucer.he had a bento, which i’m sure wasn’t enough for him.hahahanevertheless, we had good time. * found my key! little anecdote of the day.
